Roger is a life long resident of the Lee’s Summit/Lone Jack area and has been selling Real Estate for 13 years with Reece And Nichols Realtors. Roger comes from a graphic communication background in the printing industry. Roger has been married Amy for 12 years and has 2 children. Roger and Amy are members of St. Mathew Lutheran Church in Lee’s Summit. Roger is very active in the Lee’s Summit Soccer Association as a coach/Board Member as well as a lead sponsor with his business partner Scott Paulson in the LSSA programs. Roger is also active in the residential home building industry in and around Jackson and Cass County. Roger interests include: Helping people find their dream home, coaching kids soccer, basketball and baseball, and being with friends and family.

Scott has lived in Lee's Summit for the past 9 years and has been selling Real Estate for more than 12 years with Reece & Nichols Realtors. Scott is an active supporter in the local Wayside Waifs animal charities. Scott attended Blue Springs Community College & Central Missouri State University from 1988 through 1992. His major was in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After finishing school, Scott began remodeling homes and was encouraged to get into real estate which ultimately lead him to Reece & Nichols Realtors. Scott possesses multiple real estate designations along with licenses in both Missouri and Kansas. In his spare time, Scott spends time with his family and close friends. His other interests include traveling, skiing, dirt bike riding, golfing and deep sea fishing in Florida.

Lori has been in Real Estate for 14+ years, as an agent, marketing specialist, office manager, and computer trainer. She also worked in a title company for 2 years. Lori and her husband Brian have 2 children Breana and Aaron. Originally from Colorado but, in 2006 she moved here from OFallon, Missouri were she and her family lived for 9 years. Lori loves to cook and BBQ. Other things Lori enjoys is music, watching movies, painting, going out with friends and family, decorating, shopping, working with people and traveling. Lori prides herself in being loyal, trustworthy, friendly, and considerate.

Mike and his family have lived in the Kansas City area for the past 28 years and have 3 children. Mike though new to Real Estate comes from a direct marketing background prior to becoming a real estate agent. Mike attended the University of Missouri majoring in Business Administration and Marketing and brings 20 years of marketing and sales expertise to Reece & Nichols, Deines/Paulson Group. Mike is an active member of the National Direct Marketing Association as well as past member of the KCDMA. His interests include travel, flying, scuba, golf, sports and Chiefs football! Mike looks forward to serving the real estate needs of the greater Kansas City metropolitan area.

Jonell is a lifelong resident of the Jackson County area, growing up in Independence and graduating from Truman High School. Jonell attended Penn Valley Community College and the University of Kansas School of Allied Health. She worked in the healthcare field for more than 15 years before turning her sites to real estate. She takes the compassion she showed toward her patients and implements it in the care she conveys for her clients. Jonell brings to Reece and Nichols, Deines/Paulson Group her experience with layout, design and print media. She enjoys the time she is able to spend with her family, close friends and dog Shadow. Her hobbies include traveling, playing sports, home-improvement projects and routing for the Kansas Jayhawks.
